Early on, I could see that our firm helped its clients keep the long view of their financial goals in focus.  I knew how valuable this can be and wanted to be a part of it.  Too often investors get caught up in the short term – either buying on hype or selling on perceived doomsday predictions.  I admired how the firm’s founder, Donald Rugg, helped clients stay focused on their long-term goals and to not get caught up on the news of the day.  The result was many satisfied and loyal clients!  Highline continues to help clients in the same manner to this day.  I’m proud to work for a firm that helps people stay the course and maintain control over a very important part of their lives.

Lisa joined Charlesworth & Rugg, Inc., now Highline Wealth Partners in 1983. With over thirty years experience in the investment management field, Lisa oversees the firm's compliance program, operations management, trading and client reporting. She received a B.A. degree from UCLA and an M.B.A. from Cal State Northridge. In her free time Lisa enjoys painting, photography, traveling, reading and spending time with family.

Lisa enjoys artistic pursuits such as painting, crafting and coming up with creative projects her grandchildren might enjoy.  She also likes to travel, read and spend time with friends and family.
